Associate General Counsel
Nicole is Associate General Counsel at The Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine. She received her B.A. from St. Joseph’s University, Magna Cum Laude, and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served on the editorial staff of the Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy and was the recipient of the Judge H. Clay Johnson academic scholarship. Nicole joined the Office of General Counsel after working sixteen years at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., as a healthcare attorney in its Harrisburg office, where she represented a broad variety of healthcare providers with respect to transactional, regulatory, reimbursement and compliance issues.
