Associate General Counsel
Gregg D. Michael is Associate General Counsel at The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Gregg was a Member in the Business Division of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While at Eckert Seamans, Gregg focused his practice on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, information technology matters and other business counseling matters. Gregg also advised StarKist Co. on a variety of matters in the role of Outside General Counsel. Before joining Eckert Seamans, Gregg served as General Counsel for Innovative Systems, Inc., a software and consulting firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Gregg received his B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University and his J.D. from the Duquesne School of Law.
