The Office of General Counsel provides legal advice and representation to the Board of Trustees, the President and other administrators in their capacity as agents conducting University business.
Our Purpose
We provide legal advice and counsel to the Penn State Board of Trustees, leadership, and the University as an institution. We do not provide legal services to faculty, staff, or students. Students with personal legal issues should contact the Office of Student Legal Services.
