Associate General Counsel
David W. Dulabon is Associate General Counsel at The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, David served as a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”). He began his FTC career in the East Central Regional Office in Cleveland, Ohio and then transferred to the Northeast Regional Office in New York City. During his time at the FTC, David litigated consumer protection matters in federal court and conducted antitrust investigations into hospital mergers. Prior to joining the FTC, David served as a litigation associate at Jones Day in Cleveland, specializing in products liability, business tort, and contract litigation. David also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald L. Buckwalter, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
David received a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, with honors in History from the Schreyer Honors College. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, TN, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law & Practice. David also earned his Graduate Certificate in Sports Business from New York University (“NYU”) and later taught the undergraduate sports law class at NYU.
